I have enjoyed BMX racing since 2018, watching my 13-year-old son, Zahne excel through the ranks up to Expert. I then began racing in 2022. Some highlights include a 1st and 3rd at the 2022 Salt Lake Nationals in 2022 and making podiums at the Montana State Finals in 2022, 2023 & 2024. My home track is Electric City BMX in Great Falls MT

In 2024, I decided to pursue and won the NW Gold Cup in Spokane WA, and brought home the 3 plate while making the podium for the third consecutive year at the Montana State championship in both 51-55 Novice and Cruiser class. Crashing out in the semi-finals at the ROC in Tulsa was a bittersweet ending to the 2024 race season.

I am so jacked up for the 2025 race season! Rayn Weis @ FIRST GEAR FAST has built me a new Meybo OS20 class bike and can't wait to get out on the track! My 2025 goals include winning the Montana state championship in both the 56 & older class and cruiser and defending my NW Gold Cup title in the 56-60 class. A move up to Intermediate after 3 years would cap another successful season.

While I have enjoyed watching my son race fBMX for the last 6 years and me the last 3 years, I am more passionate about seeing this family sport grow. Especially here in the Treasure State of Montana. The 4th largest state in the country has just 2 tracks. ECBMX in Great Falls and Gallatin Valley BMX in Bozeman. While the season starts when the snow is gone and ends when the snow returns, it makes for about 4 1/2-month race season. I know and feel it with all my heart that USABMX can do better. America needs more tracks and especially Montana. An indoor track or two would drastically help this wonderful sport grow in Montana.

SEE YOU AT THE TRACK!
