The recent Silver Dollar National in Las Vegas, NV, on January 9-11, was very fun and a great experience! On Saturday, I competed against 15 total girl riders in the 13 girls class. I made my semis, which I had never raced in a semi before, and then made my mains! I ended up placing 5th place, avoiding a few crashes beside me in the main event. The next day, Sunday, I had 2 racks of 13 riders total in my girls class. There were no semis on Sunday for me, but I qualified to mains! In my main event, I placed 4th place, again, having to avoid a few more crashes! It was a great weekend and I can't wait to train some more! :)
