WINTER NATIONALS 2023 RV BOOKING LINK
WINTER NATIONAL RV BOOKING INFO!! **READ PRIOR TO CLICKING LINK BELOW**
This booking is a first come first serve booking. We have a total of 111 spots to reserve. Payment is in the form of VENMO or Zelle only. There are no guarantees that there will be available spots should you choose to pay cash at time of arrival to Black Mountain. We do not hold spots without payment as we want to make this as organized as possible for all wanting to reserve. Each spot will be lined out and numbered so you will know exactly where your designated spot is.
Important information to know:
#1: Each spot is 28x50 and will accommodate the bigger trailers.
#2: Each spot that is reserved must be paid for at time of booking, otherwise it will not be held. Must place confirmation number from Zelle or Venmo in space provided, otherwise the spot will be opened back up.
#3: Each space is $75/day. We will only be charging for Thur-Saturday, however you can come as early as Wednesday to set up, and leave as late as Monday AM. You will only be charged for a total of 3 days in the event you choose to stay that length of time.
#4: When booking, you will see a map with corresponding spot numbers and then will find that space number, click the drop down and choose how many nights. If the space is GRAYED OUT, that means it is no longer available.
#5: You can book as many spots as you'd like. It will total at the bottom of the page for amount due. Must still be paid for in full at time of reserving in order to hold all the spots.
#6: Each RV booking also includes the WEEKEND parking pass for the vehicle that is towing the Camper.
#7: Upon checking in, you will need to provide your booking confirmation ( a screenshot or printed copy) and we will then give you a RV parking pass with your designated spot # and a weekend parking sticker for your vehicle.
- Please make sure you put the correct arrival date on the booking so we know when to expect you if you are coming earlier than Thursday.
ADDITIONALLY!!! We are hosting a Saturday Night Bonfire Social hour that will have an awesome Taco Truck for anyone that wants to have dinner at the track and hang out with our BMX Family. More details on that to come as we get closer.
