Ryan first visited Hunterdon County BMX in the fall of 2016 and began racing the following spring of 2017. Representing Racer Army and sponsored by EVS, he loves the competition of BMX racing and the new friends and teammates he's made. 2018 Highlights: June 16, 2018: Ryan won the second New Jersey State Qualifier of the year at HCBMX as a 9 Novice. June 23, 2018: In his very first National race - the East Coast Nationals in Trumbull, CT. Ryan came in first in the 9 Novice class. Winning a National on his first attempt was a personal highlight!, July 7 & 8, 2018: Ryan raced at the Stars & Stripes National in Pottstown, PA as a 9 Novice, earning respectable third-place trophies both days. July 21, 2018: Capping off a seven-race winning streak, Ryan moved up to the Intermediate class with a win at HCBMX. October 7, 2018: Ryan won the New Jersey State Championship at CJBMX to earn the NJ State #1 plate!

Travis first visited a BMX track in the fall of 2016 and began racing in the spring of 2017. He rides for Racer Army and is also sponsored by EVS, thriving on the adrenaline of racing and the camaraderie of his team. 2018 Highlights: March 17 & 18, 2018: In his final days of being a 6 Novice, Travis won both days of the Jack Frost Race at EHTBMX - the first race of the year. June 23, 2018: Travis competed in his first National race - the East Coast Nationals in Trumbull, CT, earning a respectable 3rd place finish in 7 Novice. June 24, 2018: Travis moved up to the Intermediate class with a convincing win at CJBMX. July 7 & 8, 2018: In his first race as an Intermediate, Travis competed at the Stars & Stripes National in .Pottstown, PA August 4, 2018: Travis won the Pennsylvania State Championship at Cedar BMX against some stiff out-of-state competition! October 7, 2018: Travis won the New Jersey State Championship at CJBMX to earn the NJ State #1 plate!

Finally doing what I should have 30 yrs ago... Teen years spent doing crits on road bike and after roughly 30 years away from it all in 2016 got into Ultra Cycling. Decided that the enormous amount of time training and racing was not enjoyable anymore nor did it fit into my family time. Started looking into BMX and see that it has grown very much into a family sport not to mention cost and time training will never be near what Ultra Cycling entails. Look forward to the 2018 racing season and pushing the 48 yr old mind & body to the max!
