The Track
The Track: The River Valley BMX track is located at 229 S German St in the nice German town of New Ulm, Mn. For you that are local the track is across the road from Pulhman Lumber and not that far from the Post Office. The track is a city park and is open when the track is not being worked on for maintanence, scheudled race or practive,the track is not too wet to ride.Please enjoy the track when open.Typically the track is rideable and open from late April to November. Racing occurs Monday nigths with gate practice most Thursday. Please check out our Facebook page and weather for times and coniditions before heading out.
Track etiquette: The volunteers work hard to keep the track in nice condition. Please follow these simple guidelines to help keep the track open to all. If the track is locked please do not ride the track. Riding the track when it is wet creates ruts and more work for the track operators to get the track into race conditions. Also, please do not ride or walk on the sides of obstables. This can break down the track and will require the track to be closed more often for maintenance. Please ride in the direction from the start hill to the finish line.
