Tomorrow (10/25) Is the Halloween Race at NOVA
Tomorrow is the day to come out to NOVA for some Halloween fun. The games, costume contest and trunk or treat will follow the race but we will have a couple mystery motos to win prizes as well. Please bring your costume for the contest and a bag of candy for the Trunk or treat. Registration and practice for the race is 10:30-noon. Fee $10. See you at NOVA tomorrow!

Recipients of Virginia State/Gold Cup Awards Please Bring Tomorrow (10/18)
Tomorrow is our Double Points Bob Warnicke Scholarship Race. If you are a NOVA rider and received a Virginia State and/or Gold Cup Series award for this year, please bring them with you for tomorrows race. We would like to get some pictures of your accomplishments.

Open Meeting to Learn More on How to Be a Board Member
Have you wanted to know more about being on the NOVA BMX Board? We will have an open meeting on Tuesday, October 28th at 6:30pm. Location is 5 County Complex Ct. Room 202B. This is the green building as you turn into the County Complex. We will explain what the board member functions are. New board members are voted on every year and in the November time frame we will start taking nominations for the 2015 season.

No More Weekday Practices for the Season
Hi everyone. Just a reminder there will be no more weeknight practices for the remainder of the season. There is a Double Points Bob Warnicke Scholarship Race this coming Saturday, October 18th. Registration/practice is 10:30-noon. Fee $20. See you Saturday!

No Racing or Practice This Weekend
Just wanted to let everyone know we will not be having any events at NOVA this weekend due to alot of riders and volunteers heading to Rock Hill, SC for the Gold Cup Final. Best of luck to all NOVA riders headed there. In addition our weekday practices have come to an end due to lack of daylight. See you on October, 18th for our Bob Warnicke Double points Scholarship race.

Just had someone go out and check the track. I guess we had quite a bit of rain last night. It is pretty "soggy" and we don't anticipate it will be dry enough later. Sorry :(

REMINDER: No Events at NOVA this Weekend
There will not be a race or practice this coming Saturday, October 4th at NOVA. There will be a full weekend of racing in Hampton for the Virginia State Championship.
